+===== Matrix: I do not find other users! How can I find them? =====
+The matrix server auto-populates the account into its own database from LDAP (=mail server account list) **when that user signs in** for the first time. There is **no automatic discovery otherwise**, this means other users won't see people that are in LDAP (=have a mail server account) but have never signed in to matrix.
